Precision grinding of crankshaft journals for cast & forged cranks including hardened/Nitrided cranks.

We can spec & supply forged steel crankshafts for high performance applications, for a range of classic engines.

Precision Honing

With huge versatility including a range from 25mm to 762mm, changeable surface angles, plateau honing, a choice of vitrified & diamond stones - we cover it.

Line Boring

For O.H.V engines as well as O.H.C and multi-cam engines.

Flywheel Machining

It could be warped, corroded, damaged, out of balance, or all of these. We can rectify & lighten your flywheel safely, grind it true and balance it ready for a new start.
