Established in 2018, David Moore Engineering is a dynamic, growing business specialising in precision engine machining services. We have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will work with you to help achieve your goals.

Our facilities allow for extensive testing and rectification of cylinder heads, cylinder blocks & barrels, plus all moving & reciprocating components.

From pressure testing to final assembly, we cover every aspect of engine machining and engine building, all to exceptional standards.

We manufacture many components in a range of materials from aluminium to exotic alloys, from one-off items to small batch runs.

We work closely with one of the most revered welding specialists in the country to carry out first class repairs to cracked blocks, heads and other items.

Partial & complete engine builds are available, to original specification or for competition, in compliance with specific regulations such as FIA Appendix ‘K’.

Our work has contributed to race wins at Goodwood, in European historic racing and on two wheels with our Ducati cylinder head preparation.
